Lanette Flores Savoy

Design Professional – Interiors

Lanette has enjoyed working on numerous projects in healthcare, finance, corporate, retail, education, and hospitality. She specializes in providing complete interior packages for clients including furniture, plantscaping and art. Very active in New Orleans’ thriving local art community, Lanette promotes to the greatest extent possible, local and regional artists and artwork to complete VergesRome’s clients’ facilities.

Prior to joining VergesRome, Lanette was a principal and partner at a small architecture firm where she was involved in all aspects of the business. In her spare time, Lanette works on her personal art projects, helps family and friends with their residential design projects and attends art openings.

Christopher Garner Harlan

3D Property Scanning and Drone Photography / Marketing 

Christopher has more than 15 years of experience working on a wide variety of marketing projects for both public and private clients. He has developed branding projects for government officials, schools, financial institutions, hospitals, and nationwide restaurants. He has also produced 2 national Super Bowl commercials. Christopher is an avid musician, photographer and editor, as well.

Simone Golder, Assoc. AIA

Design Professional – Architecture

Simone is a recent graduate of Tulane School of Architecture. Simone joined the VRA team as an intern in 2022. Since then, they have worked on projects for the construction and renovation of commercial, educational, and rehabilitative facilities – predominantly in the 3D modeling and CAD documentation of these projects throughout schematic, design development, and construction documentation phases.

Gunner Guidry

Design Professional – Architecture

Gunner Guidry finds great joy in exploring a wide range of design strategies, from conceptual development to the fine details that bring a project to life. His creative process thrives on an interplay between form, function, and context and he’s especially drawn to projects that require thoughtful problem-solving and innovative thinking. Over the years, his experiences extend to historic rehabilitation, restoration, and preservation, which gives life back to space while integrating contemporary needs.

Throughout his career, he’s collaborated with a variety of clients, including developers, private homeowners, and community leaders, building lasting relationships through a strong sense of trust. His knack for client relations allows him to navigate the design process smoothly, ensuring that each project reflects both the client’s vision and the design potential of the space.

Outside of his professional work, he’s an avid collector of midcentury modern chairs and his growing collection is a personal celebration of timeless design and craftsmanship.

Architect

Caleb has 10+ years (7+ licensed) working on everything from tiny houses to VA hospitals, and on all phases of projects from concept through construction. Most of his experience has been light commercial and multifamily, and he loves when complex projects come his way (they’re like puzzles to him). Caleb has worked for architecture firms in Perth and Sydney, Australia and Wellington, New Zealand while on a “working holiday” in his late 20s.

Russ has more than 15 years experience working on a wide variety of projects types for both public and private clients. He develops projects from programming and design concepts through completion of construction.

Russ has attended a broad range of professional seminars and workshops including the following topics: glazed CMU wall systems, roofing, ceramic and porcelain tile, acoustic ceiling systems.

Cait Husser, AIA, NCARB

Architect

Cait Husser brings extensive experience in architectural design across governmental buildings, PK–12 schools, libraries, commercial renovations, natatoriums, and healthcare facilities. Her healthcare work includes patient wings, operating rooms, ICUs, NICUs, and welcoming public spaces such as lobbies and atriums.

At VergesRome Architects, Cait is known for her collaborative approach, working closely with engineers, manufacturers, and consultants to ensure design and performance goals are met. She plays a hands-on role during construction administration, engaging with contractors, overseeing design implementation, and coordinating mockups to maintain project integrity.

Cait is well-versed in regulatory compliance, including IBC, local codes, FEMA requirements, NFPA standards, and the FGI Guidelines for healthcare design. Her work has earned industry recognition, with awards and features from the Association of Builders and Contractors, International Interior Design Association, Preservation in Print, and Healthcare Design Magazine.
