In addition to his interest in architecture in general, and that of the City of New Orleans specifically, Scott is also committed to and invested in the well-being of his Carrollton neighborhood and the City.  He sits on the board of a number of neighborhood organizations including the Northwest Carrollton Civic Association and the Carrollton Area Network.
