Russ has more than 15 years experience working on a wide variety of projects types for both public and private clients. He develops projects from programming and design concepts through completion of construction.  Russ has attended a broad range of professional seminars and workshops including the following topics: glazed CMU wall systems, roofing, ceramic and porcelain tile, acoustic ceiling systems.
