J.T. LeBlanc brings more than 50 years of experience in the architecture and construction industries, with a portfolio that spans residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. At VergesRome Architects, he draws from a deep well of field knowledge and leadership, having served as Construction Manager on multiple large-scale projects—including 16 restaurants across four states and 12 private prisons in three states. His experience also includes serving as Quality Control Manager for a $60 million blast-proof facility within an oil refinery, and as Construction Administrator on two $100 million efforts: a FEMA mitigation project following Hurricane Katrina and a major District Courthouse development. J.T. has been recognized with a special achievement award for completing three restaurants in three different states within a single year, and he holds two U.S. patents for innovations in construction methodology.
