Registered to practice in Louisiana.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Mr. Fenner joined the firm in 1981, became an Associate in 1985 and in 2003 was named as a Partner. He has worked as a designer, project architect, specifications writer, estimator and project programmer. With an emphasis on Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD), he has developed a significant expertise in the management and operation of the MVA computer department. Mr. Fenner has broad experience managing and designing projects such as:
$ 4mm 5th Circuit Court of Appeal Courthouse, Gretna, LA.
$ 3mm Veterans Affairs Medical Center – multiple projects.
$ 12mm Hibernia National Bank – high rise computer facility, branch banks and office renovations.
$ 15mm American Bank Building – high rise office total renovations, MEP upgrade and computer facility.
$ 2mm Christ the King Lutheran Church, Kenner, LA.
$ 60mm LSU Dental School – Hurricane Katrina repairs and new building.
$ 1mm U.S. Postal Service Term Contract – over sixty projects in the Louisiana/Mississippi area.
$ 3mm New Orleans State Office Building renovations.
$ Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, MS – complete renovation of Tyer House.
$ 2mm Lafayette Elementary School and other major school renovations for the Orleans Parish School Board.
$ 1mm Greenlawn Terrace and other school renovations for the Jefferson Parish School Board
