Professional Experience:  Mr. Paczak has worked on numerous, diverse projects since joining VergesRome Architects five years ago. His work ethic, diligence, production and organizational skills, and ability to meet challenging project deadlines, have made him a valued project team member. Brad has worked in all project phases from Pre-Design and Programming through Construction and Project Closeout. Key project experience includes the $12 Million Champagne Beverage Company Headquarters in Madisonville, the $35 Million Southern University New Orleans Faculty and Student Housing, and the $18 Million Energy Centre New Orleans exterior wall retrofit/ window replacement, a highly technical hurricane recovery project. Among Mr. Paczak’s recent, varied project experience are the $5.5 Million Christian Brothers School Expansion and Renovation in New Orleans City Park; stadium upgrades and track replacements for two high schools in St. John the Baptist Parish; a new administrative headquarters building for Blue Runner Foods in Mandeville; and Whooping Crane Breeding facilities for the Audubon Nature Institute’s Whooping Crane Recovery Program, Phase Two, Turner Industries’ new Crane & Rigging Complex in Baton Rouge; New Orleans City Park Miniature Golf Clubhouse and the renovation of historic Vianney Hall at Saint Joseph Seminary College in St. Benedict, Louisiana.
